Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of Bondlings, published by TreeByte Software, a DBA of SH International. By using Bondlings, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy.

Who may use Bondlings

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to agree to these terms. Pair only with a partner who has agreed to share a Bondlings space with you. Do not use the app to harass, threaten, monitor, or pressure another person.

Relationship content

You are responsible for the names, goals, tasks, and signals you add or share. A paired partner can see shared bond content. Bondlings is a self-guided wellness tool, not medical care, therapy, crisis support, or a guarantee of a relationship outcome.

Bondlings Plus

Bondlings provides seven days of full app access, starting when you complete setup. This built-in trial does not require a payment method, start a store subscription, or charge you automatically. After the trial ends, a monthly or yearly Plus subscription is required to continue using the app. Existing users receive their seven days when they first open the version introducing the trial. Your existing bond data is not deleted when the trial ends.

Prices and billing periods are displayed by your app store before you choose to subscribe. Purchased subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled through your app-store account before renewal. Any separately advertised store offers, refunds, cancellation, and subscription billing are governed by the applicable store's terms. Deleting Bondlings data does not itself cancel an app-store subscription.

Availability and changes

We may update, improve, suspend, or discontinue features. We aim to keep the service reliable, but provide it on an “as available” basis to the extent allowed by law. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited.
